Do you own a piece of Mathematical History?
It could be a slide rule, an early generation calculator, a photo of a classroom from year’s past or an historic journal etc.
This year is QAMT’s 100 year anniversary and we are looking to collate memorabilia (both physical and digital) of the last 100 years of Mathematics Education. This history will be shared on our website and on display at the State conference.
Please contact Michael Bulmer ([email protected]) about sharing your piece of history.
We have been looking through the State Library Archives and found that their set of QAMT journals only go back to the 1990s. So, we are also looking for any member that has earlier journals that we can scan to complete the collection.
